When you watch dance competitions on TV, it all looks so easy. Couples glide in rhythm on stage and do spectacular stunts.

The ladies are outfitted in form-fitting and glittery costumes, and strutting about in treacherously high heels. The men on the other hand are dashing in their suits and spats. There is really something in a ballroom dance that can never be found in modern hip-hop dancing.
