wooden foosball table

December 26th, 2008

Foosball is a table-top sport that is also known as table football, foosball, furseball, table soccer, taca-taca, and baby foot. It is based on association football or soccer. Kids love to play this game because it is challenging, engaging, and a fun way to spend time with friends. Nowadays, it is very common for gaming arcades and hangout places to have their own foosball table.

The game begins when the ball is served through a hole located at the side of the table. The ball can also be placed manually at the feet of a figure located at the center of the table. Players then try to use the figures that are mounted on sticks to move or “kick” the ball towards the opposing goal. They do this by moving the figures with levers that are located at the ends of the wooden foosball table.
