One of my favorite shows today is Man vs wild. It is a show that will teach you how to survive in the wild using the bare minimum. Often his wilderness survival gear consists of a knife, flint, a water bottle and just the clothes on his back. Each show he’ll teach the viewers how to survive in different environments. One show he’ll be in the Amazon, the Safari and the South Pole.
It’s amazing what he can do. The first thing he does is find water. When you find water you will usually find people. On most places you just have to walk downstream. The only play where you walk upstream is in the African safari. If you walk downstream, the water will usually evaporate. It’s amazing that he can survive using only the barest wilderness survival gear.
