chocolate profiteroles

Dessert is, to many, the best part of a meal. That is why it is saved for last. When planning a menu, one must consider each course in conjunction with the other dishes. Everything must blend together to create one perfect meal.
For dessert, the safest bet that would probably match any of the previous dishes would be something that is chocolate based, be it a chocolate soufflé or some chocolate profiteroles. The latter is actually a cream puff pastry coated with sinful chocolate, whereas the former is a fluffy dish of French origin.
