i m good snacks

It’s been almost 20 years since I’ve graduated from college and since then I’ve packed in an extra18 pounds mostly in my waistline. Actually, it was more like 40lbs but I took off 22 lbs already from doing regular exercise. I try to eat healthy and exercise more. Since I exercise a lot, 6 days a week twice a day, I eat a lot also. Good thing I was able to discover various kinds of healthy treats like nuts and trail mix and but i m good snacks works best for me.

Nowadays, I eat around five to seven times a day; the three major meals plus snacks. It seems I’m always munching on something. Other snacks just add girt in my already big belly or leaves me hungry. That’s why I love i m good snacks.
