For most occasions, there’s no other better way to celebrate than to have a backyard barbecue. For anyone who claims to be a meat lover, there is no greater meal than a big fat juicy steak. It doesn’t matter what your favorite cut is, the best tasting steak is one that has been dry rubbed. Steak dry rub is easy to make and can make all the difference in the taste of the steak.

Steaks have great natural flavor. That is why liquid marinates is not recommended. Sometimes liquid marinate will change the flavor of the steak. A steak dry rub is a dry marinade that brings out the natural juiciness of the steak. Given a good, fat and fresh steak all you will need is some sea salt and lots of coarsely grounded black pepper.
