Community halls can keep their youth members busy and fit by encouraging them to take up various sports through tournaments. The most common indoor sports tournaments the young can engage in are bowling, ping pong, and basketball. Perhaps the easiest to set up is a game of ping pong.

All you need are ping pong tables, nets, paddles, and balls. It is a game where speed and agility are important. Strategy also plays a crucial role to win a game.
