Fearing For Life

For a wife like me who has a husband working for a security agency, I am quite skeptical about the things which may happen to my husband during his duty. I would of course want him to be perfectly safe, but I must be prepared for anything which may happen to him. After all, I have known him to be in this line of job when we first met and I must be able to handle this well.
I still have my reservations though, so I make it a point that I am able to remind him of the things he usually needs to bring along on the job. I make sure that he knows how I am concerned about his safety. I even got him a concealed holster during his last birthday so he can easily draw out his weapon to protect himself. For a wife like me, there is that part of me who always worry for the one I love.
