Some people develop hypersensitivity to fabrics as they become older. Thus, organic textiles were developed to address this skin sensitivity to cotton and wool. An organic textile that is gaining popularity recently is bamboo fiber.
Bamboo has antibacterial properties and natural deodorizing effects which makes it ideal in the production of towels and beddings. Bamboo is said to be four to five times more absorbent than cotton.
