saxophone

Mere mention of the words ‘jazz music’ makes one think of just one instrument. The sound so soothing that makes you want to sleep when you listen to it is coming out from a saxophone. It is a conical-bored transposing musical instrument and part of the woodwind family. Many musicians have become popular because of the saxophone. Kenny G is one of them. Remember that “silhouette” theme?
You can be the next Kenny G in the future. Bring out that musical inclination in you and start playing the saxophone. There are different music groups to choose from. You may opt to go solo and enjoy the music during gigs. But it’s a lot more fun to share it with people who have the same interest as you have. Play sax not just in a Jazz performance, but in all kinds of music as well. Sax is now used in Rock and Roll, Blues, Pop and Big Band compositions.
