classical guitars

Several music enthusiasts prefer stringed instruments because most of these instruments are portable. This will give them the opportunity to play wherever and whenever they want. Among all of the stringed instruments, nothing beats the classical guitars. They are very popular for their finger picking technique which makes it possible for them to play music in the same manner that a piano can. They can do multi-voiced harmony, solo rendition of melody or even polyphony.

The best quality guitars are typically made of aged and well-dried spruce, cedar and rosewood. Those that are made of plywood, laminates and compressed woods were known to be cheaper. They normally have six nylon strings. These strings are commonly plucked with fingers or with fingernails and rarely use plectra. Their neck has a width of two inches throughout its entire length.
