Meditation is practiced in most eastern religions, particularly Buddhism and Hinduism. It is staying quiet and focusing on one’s own breathing. When you meditate, you forget your worries and all the other worldly cares around you.
Meditation is becoming popular even in the western world as it can relax the mind and de-stress the body. It is also believed to bring about various health benefits. Meditation can be done at home, preferably in a place or nook where there are no distractions. To help in keeping you relaxed, you can add Buddha music for meditation. This will set the mood for that one hour of silence and breathing.
