Lift everybody’s spirits in time for the coming holidays. Start playing some lively vocal and instrumental Christmas music in your home. They will help set the mood and make everyone look forward to lots of good cheer when Christmas comes around.
As early as now, you can also start to bring out traditional yuletide decorations that have been in your family for years. Ask the children to help sort them out and let them choose which ones would be used this year. Think up new family traditions you can start and which you can pass on to the next generations.
