Everybody in their congregation looks up to pastors. They are the pillars of knowledge and inspiration in their churches. And pastors really take the time to prepare their sermons that are appropriate for every service. They use different pastor tools to help them get their message across.
Pastors need to be creative especially when they are catering to a young crowd. They should be able to inspire the young people and yet retain their older audience as well. They need to be able to quote the Bible properly and have a lot of knowledge about their faith. A pastor who is very engaging and inspiring will have no problems filling out the pews and keeping their flock in church regularly.
