beef jerky recipes

My boys love beef jerky. They buy this every time we go to the specialty butchers shop that offers it in our area. But I get tired of seeing them substituting this treat for healthier snacks.I saw your beef jerky recipes, and I tried some of them out. Of course, my boys howled their protest at my invasion into their jerky stash at first. But when they tried out my creations, they said it made them appreciate their chewies even more!
