They predominantly exist in areas near water that are lightly arid. This generally applies to Australia where they are residents. The diamond dove is a small, delicate beautiful dove with a length that seldom exceeds 21 centimeters. Both genders have white spots and black edges on their wings. They also have orange eyes and red eye rings.
Those who have taken care of them as pets find that each pigeon has its own personality. Some are terribly aggressive, some are very relaxed, some are funny, some have become very affectionate, and others remain quite distant regardless of efforts to coax them. For some reason, this beautiful bird was used as the inspiration for a blend of aromatic potpourri. The combination of extracts and essential oils produces a fruity fragrance that envelopes a room. Maybe, like the bird, the diamond dove aromatic will bring out different personalities in different people.
