Whether your business employs as few as 10 or as many as 1000 persons, it is always necessary to be prepared for any emergencies that could happen. Have trauma kits at the ready within your work premises. This is extremely important especially if your workers are handling heavy machinery everyday.
Train several of your staff on weekly checking of emergency supplies as well as how to provide first aid and monitor the vital signs of a person who has been hurt until professional emergency workers arrive. It is also very important that you schedule emergency drills at least twice a year to keep everyone prepared for any disaster.
