Kids and kids at heart love to play games. However, the benefits will depend on the kinds of games one plays. To help your children become healthier physically, let them play games outside more than they spend in front the computer or game consoles. Encourage them to engage in sports like field hockey or street hockey.
All they needed to play this game are hockey sticks, goal sticks, hockey pucks and goal nets. For safety, ensure they wear proper protection when playing. Have them go to an empty school parking lot during weekends to play in instead of in the street.
