play tunnels

I teach gym to preschoolers. I develop their hand to eye coordination as well as their confidence. The toys that I love to use are different kinds of play tunnels. I love play tunnels because it works their whole body plus it gives the children confidence. At their age, they don’t like to go inside dark cramp spaces, so the play tunnel helps.

By letting them go inside play tunnels, they build confidence in themselves. They learn how to battle their fears and come out victorious. I start with a small tunnel and when they get used to it I bring out the big one. My kids are not claustrophobic and neither are they afraid of the dark. I also teach them how to breathe properly and also learn how to handle and control fear. Not bad for a preschooler.
