It is such a wonderful experience playing in the golf course. However, it is not feasible all the time. Good thing putting mat is available in the market. Most of the available mats in the market stimulate grass thus providing an authentic feel of the slope, speed and line. It is typically made of a flexible, non-skid material such as rubber.

There are two possible lengths of a putting mat: six feet or eight feet. Most of the models have the amazing feature wherein the ball goes back to you whether you make or miss a shot. Some can do that manually and some are electric-operated. There are other mats that include a sand trap or even a lake. These mats are typically portable and can be used indoors.
