Aside from the paintball gun, a paintball sport beginner will need other equipment. Masks protect the head and ears. Make sure that your mask covers the whole face and ears including the chin. Look for a mask that fits firmly on the head without pinching. You will also need air tanks. Compressed gas is necessary to shoot a paintball. You will also need a hopper that will feed paintballs into the gun.
As you advance in your game, you will find that adding some optics to your paintball gun will be a big advantage. You will want to attach paintball gun scopes to your marker. Some guns already have a rail to mount the scope on. If your gun does not have a rail you can attach it with scope rings. They effectively hold the scope to the mount.
